Organized in 1968, the Minnesota Walking Horse Association began with a simple one day horse show and clinic. In 1970 the Minnesota Celebration horse show was formed. The year 2012 marks the 43rd Anniversary of the MWHA Celebration and it is still a highlight of our show season!
Throughout the years the MWHA has grown to include clinics, equitation classes, equine seminars, trail rides, fund raising events, parades, a futurity, a mentor program, an annual awards banquet and high point award program.
