NEW REQUIREMENTS
With the recently required changes from the USDA, we are now required to collect more information for our show entries. The entry form will reflect that we need to include the physical location where the horse is stabled.
Also, we must retain a copy of your Coggins, and the horse's name on the Coggins certificate must match the name you use to enter the horse - whether that's their registered/show name or barn name, please ensure that your entry and Coggins match! Ideally, please send a digital copy of the Coggins via email as we are required to send these to the USDA, so any hard copies will have to be scanned, and we only have five days post-show to complete all the reporting requirements, which is not a lot of time.
For anyone traveling to our show outside of Minnesota and Wisconsin, you will need to provide a copy of your horse's health papers as well, again digital is preferred if possible.

Important deadlines:
Stalls and camping requested by August 9
Register online by 10:00 pm August 10 to be entered for a chance to win $50 off your total show bill.
Hotel block is open through August 1.
—————————————————-
Registration: Register online here through HorseShowing.com There is a cost of registering online, which is $5 - this covers five show days per horse, so if you paid it last year and have any credits left, those should show up this year. The actual cost is $1 per show day per horse.
If you register ONLY for stalls, camping, office fee etc. and NO CLASSES, you will not be able to ADD any classes to your online account (very weird quirk of the software) so we highly recommend adding at least one class when you register for your stall and other items. That will then allow you to add, drop, etc. classes up to the day prior to the show. You can also email julesp313@yahoo.com for assistance making changes.
No payment is due at the time of registration!
If you wish to use your own back number for the show, please email julesp313@yahoo.com with the number and name of the horse as it will appear on your entry.
